Files & metrics checkboxes must be disabled while processing
Disabling metrics checkboxes make sense, but please bring back the ability to select/deselect files on-the-fly while processing(except the file currently beeing processed). This is a time and resource intensive task. Quite often, after seeing the results from one sample, we may want to disable/enable other samples based on what those results were, without having to wait for the whole batch to complete.
Also, a somewhat related nitpick: I do not use the newly added playback column next to the file select one but I've clicked on it by mistake. Can you please add a CLI option for disabling said column?

Not only can it be used like that, I can attest that it worked quite well in v1.5 (also, it's quite interesting if that was by accident lol). Thank you for considering this.
