Snapshot "unknown"

Hi,

whenever I upload a snapshot, it isn't recognized - instead it says "unknown" in the upper left corner. (screenshot and snapshot attached) I tried all specified file types, photographed and scanned.

What could be the problem? Thank you very much for your help!
