EGI toolbar: Sort and Export actions should be in the right group
Description
The current rational for the left and right action groups that form the EGI toolbar is a follows:

The right group should consist of action that have to do with Entity Centre configuration and navigation. These can be thought of as generic Entity Centre actions.

The left group should consist of application specific actions.
Taking the above into account, both the current Sort and Export actions should be moved the the right group. This, however, present a minor challenge as both these actions are "custom" and may or may not be added as one of the top actions. A potential solution to this could be the "always present" approach as with the configuration and navigation actions.
Expected outcome
More consistent placement of top action in Entity Centres.
