Entity Master: visual cues for inactive values

Description

Entities may have activatable entity-typed properties that reference inactive values. It would be beneficial to provide some visual cues in Entity Masters when inactive values are displayed.

It is proposed to enhance property editor for entity-typed properties to display icon icons:block at the end of the property title as depicted below, but only for inactive value. A tooltip for this icon should state "Inactive value is referenced.".

Expected outcome

A visual cue to differentiate active and inactive values, references by entity properties.
