Users should have the ability to change their passwords at will. However, the process of changing should be implemented in accordance with previously outlined approach that would ensure password strength.

In light of the fact that, albeit less convenient that an intended streamlined password change facility, the "Forgot password" (issue #360) functionality can be used for the purpose of changing a user password.

Therefore, the priority of this issue can and should be lowered in favour of other more pressing concerns.
