Calendar view: support for a timezone independent mode

Description

TG supports running applications in a predefined timzone where both the server and the client sides work as if they were in the same timezone. The calendar view needs to be enhanced to support this mode.

Expected outcome

Ability to use the calendar view in the so called timezone independent mode.
