Webcam has 0.01 FPS in Cura

I am writing to report an issue with my webcam, which is only displaying a static picture every minute instead of a real-time feed. This problem is occurring specifically when accessing the webcam through Cura.

When accessing the webcam through the OctoPrint web interface, there is a noticeable delay in loading the video stream. However, once loaded, the webcam video functions normally, providing a real-time feed without any delays or static images.
