Plugin not showing camera stream when OctoPrint not running on Cura start.

Hey there, thanks for your great plugin!

I'm using my printer and OctoPrint together with a smart socket and usually I power the system up while or after slicing. In this scenario the OctoPrint webcam stream does not show up within the plugin.

It seems like that the stream only gets shown, if it is accessible at Cura startup time. It would be nice, if the Plugin can check frequently if the stream is accessible and auto restarts it.
