Nothing happens when I load a flash image

When I try to load the attached image in fiedka 1.5.2 nothing happens after the file picker closes. It works with other files but not this one.

This is actually a 7z file but I had to rename it to get around GitHubs upload restriction K9F1G08U0CPCB0@TSOP48_5604.zip
