Improve handling of disconnection when downloading an idb

When downloading an idb from the idarling remote server, if the network connection goes down, the downloading database popup stays and can't be closed even if a network connection error was detected and the connection was closed

Note: the popup window can be closed from the task bar even if he [x] is not clickable as a temporary workaround
