Add Percona Mysql Provisioning

Added a provisioning script to install Percona MySQL server in place of standard mysql - http://www.percona.com/software/percona-server

Yeah Git will keep adding your commits to a PR If you keep committing to the same branch. Might be best to separate them into 2 different branches on your local branch so you can do 2 separate PR's.
