Allow for browser based IDP providers

Describe the solution you'd like: Upgrade saml2aws to version 2.32.0 so that we can make use of their new Browser based IDP provider flow. Here is a link to the commit in that branch adding the flag: https://github.com/Versent/saml2aws/commit/c85afd9f092f476b60e36f5624d731ab4ac30ef3

Why do you want this feature: To be able to use generic browser based SAML IDP providers.
