Black internal screen if external is connected at boot

So I installed Mojave on my laptop and I have two big problems. First, the internal display goes black during boot if I have my external display connected via HDMI, but if I boot without the external one and plug it in after boot then everything works great. I don't why this is or how I could solve it, I don't want to disconnect and reconnect my monitor every time I restart. My second problem is that I can't get the microphone to work, not the internal one nor an external inline one.

I have that too, but there aren't any solutions now.

Please try to put the CodecCommand.kext into /Library/Extensions via KextBeast, after that using Kext Utility to rebuild kextcache.
