Detect "Dokandriver is missing" earlier

I forgot to install the Dokan driver before starting the clonezilla-util version 2.6.0. As a result, clonezilla-util failed somewhere in the middle of the process. Of course, this is my own mistake that I forgot to install the driver. But maybe it would be nice to have a preliminary check that Dokan driver actually exists in the very beginning, to make the consequences of such dummy user mistakes less annoying.

The tool failed while attempting to create the virtual disk:

   at DokanNet.Native.NativeMethods.DokanInit()

   at libClonezilla.VFS.OnDemandVFS.<>c__DisplayClass0_1.<.ctor>b__2()

The console sort of hanged at this point.
