Arrow keys don't turn your 3D view

I used this Hammer++ - hammerplusplus_tf2_build8864.zip On normal Hammer you can turn the 3D view with arrow keys while on Hammer++ you can not. Keybind Editor didn't help.

What you need to do is to enter Tools > Options. Then in the window that's appeared choose "2D Views" tab and deselect "Arrow keys nudge selected object/vertex".
