[Bug - SDK2013 SP 8869] Occasionally crashes with EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (materialsystem.dll) when launching the game.

Sometimes when launching the game (HL2 in this case), Hammer++ will randomly crash with EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error, caused by materialsystem.dll file. Crash dump file
