[CSGO] support older MDL versions

According to someone on the game's Steam Forums, the only thing preventing the CS:GO version of Hammer++ from working with Jabroni Brawl is the fact that the game uses older models from the Source 2013 era, but CS:GO Hammer++ doesn't support those older MDLs.
