[Bug/Suggestion] [CS:GO/Portal 2] Clipping tool doesn't work

When trying to use the clipping tool in any map, it just doesn't work. The tool only puts the two dots at the center of the map and trying to use it from those two dots is near impossible. I can't tell if this is a bug or just an oversight, so I will count it as a bug and give a possible suggetion; make the two dots appear in the center of the object instead of the center of the map at least.
