[portal 2] LOG_GENERAL IS MISSING DLL and laser_relay_effects.pcf is corrupted

I tried launching hammer++ in portal 2 using XBLAH's. It laser_relay_effects.pcf is corrupted. Then i located it and manually launched it in the folder it gave out "Entrance point into procedure LOG_GENERAL was not found in the library of DLL" unknown2 unknown
