[BUG?] Cylinder segment count is wrong

The picture shows the problem. Two segments are clearly missing. Cylinder problem

Cylinder (768x768) with 96 segments cuts only 22 segments per quarter instead of expected 24 (96/4)

NOTE : Notice the 26 faces. This is correct for 22 segments. NOTE : Cant compare this with original Hammer because of the 32 segment cap (valid range between 3-32). NOTE : A cylinder (704x704) with 88 segments produces the correct result (22 segments per quarter).
