[Feature Request] Mirror Draw Tool

What the title says - similar to the tool in photoshop.

It should function similar to the clip tool to select the axis and would mirror all current brushes/entities in a selected visgroup whenever an edit is made to either side. A midpoint could be added for 180 degree rotations.

It would make it far easier for mappers to block out symmetric maps.
