Add point_spotlight and light_spot support for 3d lighting preview.

Title says it all. Currently point_spotlight doesn't seem to preview for me. Same for light_spot.

(I accidentally put the same post on the wrong repository so feel free to close the other issue I started on the hammer++ website repository.)
