[Bug, TF2, 8860] Can't Get Lighting Preview to Refresh

no matter what I do with this prop. initially: after moving it and hitting "Bake Changes": alternate view after hitting "Full Bake" (nothing's changed): I've been trying to experiment with a Block Light brush (since it's a dynamic prop that never changes position), but I can't tell what is and isn't working because of this. that said, from what I've seen, I think the preview is treating Block Light as transparent. which, like, yes, but not for the purposes of the preview.
