[Bug, 2013 MP Build, 8860] Entity flags randomly and unknowlingly enable and disable themselves

Unfortunately due to it's completely random nature, I can't get a demonstration of this bug. But sometimes, entity flags randomly enable and disable themselves. No, I am not subconsciously or accidentally doing it, they are flags I know for a fact I have never enabled in my entire life. This doesn't happen in default Hammer, and as far as I'm aware there's no shortcut keybind that disables/enables random flags.
