Installer always asks to install Rtools if include_Rtools=TRUE

Hi Jon, hope you're doing well.

So, I included Rtools in my installation, and the installer always seems to ask me to install it, even though I already have it installed, with the same version. I checked the regpaths.json file, and found no registry entry for the Rtools path, so maybe there's something to do with that.

I don't think the installer is checking to see if there's already a Rtools installation, I think it's simply running the installer by default. I am doing something wrong?

No - this is a real live bug. I haven't had to use the include_RTools option very much, so I imagine it is not well tested.

Oh, great thing that I got it then. I use Rtools to write xlsx files with the openxlsx package, that's why I'm including it. This is a link to my installer, if you wanna check it out for yourself. It's a fairly large file (360mb), but if you wanna try it, here it is. It also asks for The R installation, but if you have the latest version, the installer skips this step, as it should be.
