Loading screen when tsc working

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Many people used to see some "Loading..." sign in terminal when tsc is working. With Vite we cannot understand when tsc is working.

Implement some method to check tsc loading.

You mean there should a loading indicator when tsc is loading(especially on the initial)?
