Can't connect via USB
Hi, recently when I switch on the SkyDrop it can't connect to neither a PC (Windows 10) nor a MacBook Pro (BigSur) where it worked in the past. If I remove the microSD the PC/Notebook reads it but not when inserted into the SkyDrop (not a cable issue!). SD is also formatted. It also seems as if the SkyDrop's factory reset isn't working. My question is if there's a way to to a reset without having it to connect to the PC/Notebook via USB to use the "external" software (or do it directly on the device which isn't working). Also the sink/climb is totally confused and works in a reverse order (shows sink when climbing and climbing when sinking).
Any ideas/solutions?
