No Alt 1 reading

After receiving and playing with this device I find it not working as expected. The ALT 1 reads zero and when you arrow click on the widget there is no pressure number visible.

Also I noticed what looks like a small SD card symbol flashing with an L in it?

I tried to reset the configuration and reload. No joy. I also note it does not reboot after saying it will reboot followingva new configuration update.

Please go to altimeter setting and check the QNH1 value.

Thx have been trouble shooting with skydrop support. Seems that no noise come out after trying many things.
