i know that in switzerland we can find the localisation of obstacles too, but i don't know where.

i know that in france some cable between moutains already killed paragliders: cf https://www.ledauphine.com/haute-savoie/2018/12/19/le-cable-tueur-au-pied-de-la-tournette-ne-tombe-pas-dans-l-oubli-a-talloires-montmin

that can be very usefull if the vario detect the proximity and the direction towards it.
