NIS causes a weird double picture.

Using VRPerfKit 0.3 attempting to use NIS on an NVIDIA GTX 1070TI which should be supported leads to a strange double picture bug pictured here changing to contrast adaptive sharpening allows me to still play but I was really hoping to try NIS, any idea why this is happening and what I could do to fix it?
