no dxgi.dll

I just don't understand how it's working, i can't find the dxgi.dll i only have a dxgi.cpp. I'm using a quest 2 and i want to install vr performance kit on ETS2.

You've downloaded the code rather than a release (which is the compiled product). You can find the link to the releases on the right side of the main page next time. For now, you can click this.
