Empty minibufexp window

hi, i have used this plugin a few time, it's great. recently, i have a problem. sometimes, when open a second buffer , and at this time MBE tempted to open MBE window, but the MBE window is empty. see the image for more direct view. minibuf bug i am using gvim7.3 and windows xp
