No profile_knitr

I followed the installation instructions but cannot execute any python code within code chunks with engine="ipython" in RStudio. So far I was able to identify that possible root of the problem is that profile_knitr does not exist in .ipython folder. My machine is running on Ubuntu 14.04, default Python 3.5 with Ipython and Jupyter installed.

Any chance to run persistent Python chunks within RStudio?
