Users who wish to write a proposer guide need a place to share them.

As the document list grows we will need a way to sort, rank and give feedback on the community documents.

Voting works in a specific way in project Catalyst. Compile existing information and develop a detailed and short version to explain the process to the community.

Div containing 'what is a proposer?, what is a voter? and What is a Community Advisor' are displaying as three columns. Needs to be changed to one.
