Add option to ignore/exclude certain indicator types

This is a corollary to #219 in which we added an option to specify which indicator types we want to parse. There are cases in which it is easier to specify which indicator types one does not want to parse (this may be useful to speed up parsing so this library doesn't waste time parsing unneeded ioc types).
