插件更新后，出现不美好效果

这是我今天花了一个小时排查出的结果，是插件更新后，上github，有些按钮会出现重影，以下是实例

GitHub加速这个插件挺好用的，但是感觉每次重新打开GitHub页面时经常会进不去GitHub，但是等两三分钟之后就能进去进去之后速度也还是挺快的。但是每次都会突然无法加速，比如我关闭GitHub页面一段时间后重新打开或者是在GitHub页面停留很久之后，重新刷新就进不去了。虽然我又有一直刷新等待几分钟后才能进去。这种现象是正常的吗？还是只有我电脑才会出现这种状态？
