What is the difference with Semantic Genesis?

Hi, I was comparing the code of your previous work with the code of this repo, I haven't found any difference except of renaming, do I miss something?

Hi, the previous work is related to our MICCAI 2020 paper. This repo is related to our IEEE TMI paper, which is a journal paper extension of our conference paper. This work presents several extensions to the preliminary version, including but not limited to 1) we introduced a new concept: transferable visual words, where the recurrent anatomical structures in medical images are anatomical visual words. 2) We extensively investigated the add-on capability of our self-discovery and self-classification. 3) We adopted a rigorous three-pronged approach in evaluating the transferability of our work, including transfer learning performance, convergence speedups, and annotation efficiency. 4) We demonstrated that our framework can improve the performance of nnU-Net models via transfer learning.
