Bots are near invicible

I did five headshots with the awp just to make sure and noticed that some bots have bs armor and aren't taking any damage. I can empty an entire clip to no effect.

That is because there's a bug with the riot shield in regameDLL or something that makes some shots count as if they hit a shield. I don't remember how to fix this. You can try putting set bot_allow_shield "0" and set sv_skipshield "1" in cstrike/game.cfg. sv_skipshield 1 should in fact already be there, so it's kinda weird you're still getting this.
