Add an option in Combat Simulator to instantly respawn

Good if you die often (like me) or like fast-paced gameplay

Somewhat visually buggy, i'll see if i can improve it, so i am making it a draft for now.

I have modified the instant respawn to no longer being instant. Now, it suppresses the death animation instead. I'd like some opinions as to what's better. The new method seems less visually buggy.

I have also made the "press START" text show only when it actually does something. Otherwise, the text showed like 1-2 seconds before you could actually respawn.
