[Feature Request] Mouse Filtering

Yeah, I know a bunch of people don't like it but for people like me who use a trackball to game it's sort of essential. Put this on the backburner if you must but I just wanted to get this out of the way while it was fresh in my mind.

Obviously defaulted to off, and a setting in the extended options menu.

I remember an amusing thread in the zdoom forums where the authors basically determined it was archaic and detrimental and removed it.

Defaulting to off isn't enough. People see it, don't understand it, it sounds like a no brainer (smoother=good), and end up deteriorating their play for years.
