Feature request: touch control for aiming

Dear Developer! The port is awesome. Could you add please touch controls for aiming like on the PS vita version? It allows precise aiming while zooming. If zoomed in, slower joystick sensitivity could be good if possible

To save whoever picks this up some time, I tracked down the ioq3 Vita (aka psp2) touch screen code in this commit:
