Resolutions over 1080p display no video on Samsung UM5500

Describe the bug All streams with a resolution over 1080p display no video. Black screen though audio plays as normal.

Dropping the stream quality to a transcode works fine.

To Reproduce Open any stream displayed at a higher base resolution than 1080p at source quality.

Expected behavior Expect video. Either downscaled from source stream locally, or automatically selecting the highest resolution displayable transcode.

Operation system (if is a installation problem): n/a

Device:

  • TV Model: UM5500
  • Os version: Tizen 3.0
  • FW: T-KTSUABC-1290.3
  • App version: 4.0.1.May 19 2021 (appears to be the latest version, no updates pushed)

I don't have a defected device my TV just works, so I can't fix a issue I can't even replicate.
