Filtering word embeddings

I've found a rather serious bug, in line 187 you remove the first element, but in many cases this is the correct answer. For example for the query: Paris France Tokyo

You now effectively remove Japan from the list.

Commonly, people filter the output list to not contain any of the three input words instead.
