Statistical analysis in two conditions and 2 bioreplicates

I require some suggestions to compare the differences in protein expression between 2 conditions (P vs C). I have 3 bio-replicates and 2 conditions. Please find the snapshot. I would want to analyze the differences in protein expression in condition P versus C by taking together P in expr2 and expr3 and comparing against C in expr2 and expr3. How to do it Thank you
