Nav bar top doesnt appear

Hi, im user baker and laker, and i know that the nav bar doesnt work with baker, but i want to know if there some other solution to have this bar??? maybe a plugin or something Thanks

If you have Dreamweaver, I think you can create a nav bar with products from here: http://www.projectseven.com.

I have been experimenting with some of their plug-ins and gotten them to work on my iPad with Laker/Baker.
