[JS] file name in popup

Hello,

I made a test form with JS popup after clicking "check". In popup I have always name of html file - anyone know how to fix that? I would really like to get "Very good" not to get :

"index2.html

Very good "

Anyone know how to fix that?

hmmm.. quick googling. This article does it with phonegap, references also the "index.html" in the pop up, but not fix...
