Baker and Laker Upgrade Status?

Hi folks,

If anyone is aware of status, features, and potential dates for both the Baker and Laker upgrades, please share your updates here.

There's a few of us targeting magazine launches on newstand, and we don't know if we should write our own upgrades or wait for the "patented"versions.

I'm waiting for the Baker-Upgrade, as it seems there are a lot of features of Laker (and more) being implemented in Baker 3.0.
