This plugin can help to build easy navigation for iOs app.

I want know if i can use jqtouch with lake. Will work fine?

Sure. Just remember that it's optimized for iPhone and it's primary use is for web-Apps.

Laker can export this code to be a native iOS app?

I think there is a misconception about what Laker is, this is not a replacement for something like PhoneGap or Appcelerator. But just a fantastic framework to build digital publications (not any app) for the iOS.

Laker is for building digital publications. Jqtouch, Sencha and so forth are for building HTML-Web-Apps.
