Move webextension to its own repo

This should make both repos ans docs cleaner.

Webext should use a11y.css as a dependency.

GitHub also allows to move issues to another repo. Then some labels in this repos might be dropped.

When it's done, remember to update Firefox addons and Chrome webstore links and metadatas.
