[webextension] Translate texts

Now that #332 is (almost) fixed:

  • Find a translator for:
    • "pt-br",
    • "ru",
    • "zh"
  • Ask them to translate the 40 strings.

Thanks for this! Let's ask previous translators if they could help:

  • @pd4d10 for Chinese translation
  • @bruno-machado for Portuguese Brazilian translation
  • @Alex-Sokolov for Russian translation
  • @GeorgeGkas for Greek translation
  • @Mona1988 for Arabic tranlsation

If any of you people can help with translating strings for the incoming webextension, we'd be glad to merge it. You can find the strings to translate in webextension/scripts/locales.js in the webextension branch.

@notabene FYI a11y.css is also available in Greek and Arabic :)

That's pretty cool for a CSS file, isn't it?
